RETURNS

1. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the condition of goods on arrival at our premises.

2. Goods must be returned clean and unmarked and in original packaging.

3. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged and suitably protected.

4. Buyer is wholly responsible for the cost of return shipping AND for any loss or damages caused to returned goods whilst in transit, therefore we recommend all returns are fully insured (www.secursus.com)

Refunds will be NOT issued for uninsured goods that have been either lost or irreparably damaged in transit.

5. If satisfied with the condition of the returned item, we will action your refund (minus 10% restocking fee) within three working days.

NB: The above does not affect your statutory rights as per the UK Consumer Rights Act.
